J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Mr.N.Satheeshkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants has submitted before this Court that in a similar matter, the Government has filed an appeal in W.A(MD).No.310 of 2023. This Court by an order dated 27.03.2023 had dismissed the said appeal. The said dismissal order was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil).No.13168 of 2023 and the same was also dismissed.

2. In the light of the aforesaid decision of the Division Bench as well as the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no further adjudication is required in this appeal. Accordingly, the present writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
