ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.08.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter may be referred to the Social Welfare Officer, Ramanathapuram District for settling the issue. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter was also referred to the Social Welfare Officer, Ramanathapuram District and the interim protection was also granted.

2. After getting interim order from this Court, the petitioner has not taken any steps to resolve the issues.

3. Considering the conduct of the petitioner in obtaining an order of interim protection by submitting that there is a possibility of settlement and thereafter not taking any steps to resolve the issue, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
