RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 16.11.2018 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 19406 of 2018 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19406 of 2018 on 16.11.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19406 of 2018 on 16.11.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the charge sheet not yet filed.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19406 of 2018 on 16.11.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
