ORDER

The petitioners, with an allegation that the second and third respondents police are harassing them under the guise of an enquiry have approached this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that they are not harassing the petitioners and the son of the first and second petitioners is an accused in Cr.No.11 of 2024 and hence, the respondent Police went to the petitioners' house in search of their son.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
