RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No. 8904 of 2018 in Crl.OP (MD)No. 16108 of 2018 dated 01.11.2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8904 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.16108 of 2018 on 01.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8904 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16108 of 2018 on 01.11.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the charge sheet filed on 27.12.2018 and committal proceedings not yet completed.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8904 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16108 of 2018 on 01.11.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court at 10.30 a.m. on first and third Monday in every month until the committal proceedings is over.
