ORDER

The criminal original petition had been filed to speed up the proceedings in STC.No.1760 of 2020, on the file of the learned Judicial magistrate No.VI, Madurai for the offence punishable under Section 199 of Cr.P.C. r/w Sections 499 and 500 of IPC as against the petitioners.

2.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.13317 and 14729 of 2020, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Therefore, the criminal original petition is dismissed and the speedy disposal of the trial does not arise.
