ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to give Police protection.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. The petitioner got a Court decree in his favour and hence, he tried to survey the land. However, the third respondent herein prevented him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Therefore, the petitioner preferred a complaint, based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.G5/1017/9705/2024 on 22.04.2024 and the same is pending.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
