O R D E R
The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in W. P. (MD) No. 31909 of 2025, vide order, dated 10.11.2025, directed the respondent Corporation to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 22.04.2023 and 30.05.2024. 2.Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the respondent Corporation has issued a communication, dated 23.12.2025, whereby, in respect of six works, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected citing that the claim is barred by limitation and in respect of 13 works, it is stated that the claim of the petitioner will be processed after receiving no due certificate from Audit Department 3.In light of the above, the direction issued by this Court having been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in the contempt petitioner.
4.Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed, preserving liberty to the petitioner to the petitioner to challenge the impugned communication, dated
23.12.2025 in so far it relates to rejection of his claim in respect of 6 works in a manner known to law. No costs.
