This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2017, as per the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Lalithakumari Vs. The Government of U.P. and others.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that already the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and closed by the second respondent.
3. In the above circumstances, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
