O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to issue Hall Ticket and permit the petitioner to writ the 1st semester examination to be conducted from 21.08.2017 to 01.09.2017.

2.Heard Mr.R.Udhayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the 1st respondent and Mr.C.Karthik, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 and also perused the material on record. 3.The respondents 2 and 3 have filed a counter affidavit, wherein it is stated as follows:- "2.I state that the Matha College of Nursing, Manamadurai is affiliated with this University for Post Basic B.Sc(N) Degree course from the academic year 1996-1997 with 30 seats. The provisional affiliation order was issued to the institution for the academic year 1996-1997. The continuance of Provisional Affiliation for P.B.B.Sc.(N) was issued upto the Academic year 2015-2016. For the academic year 2016-2017, the above institution has not submitted the required documents, despite several remainders from the University. Hence, so far the countenance of Provisional Affiliation for the academic year 2016-2017 has not been issued. Therefore, the students will not be permitted to appear for the examinations in August 2017."

4.In view of the counter filed by the respondents 2 and 3, this court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is not entitled to get any relief as prayed for.

5.In that view, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievances. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
