ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioners' apprehension is that the private respondents herein may indulge in further alienation of the petition mentioned properties. When I indicated that the petitioners must move the jurisdictional civil Court, the learned counsel informed the Court that the partition suit is already pending in O.S.No.163 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tenkasi. The second petitioner herein is the plaintiff in the said suit. The second petitioner is permitted to file IA for restraining the private respondents from further alienating the property. If any such IA is filed, it shall be numbered immediately and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter. I am giving this direction on the basis of the learned counsel's submission that the private respondents have entered appearance in the said partition suit. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner and direction to the learned trial Judge, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
