O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's daughter by name Kaviya, aged about 17 years, was found missing from 23.07.2021, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police. Since no action has been taken by the second respondent police to secure the detenu, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the second respondent police produced the detenu before this Court and on enquiry, she would state that since her parents are compelling to continue her studies, she left her house and staying with her aunty and now she is willing to go with her father. H.C.P(MD)No.1169 of 2021 petitioner/complainant also present before this Court and stated that he will take care of the detenu.

3. Considering the fact that the detenu has been secured and produced before this Court and handed over to her father, the petitioner herein, no further adjudication is required in this petition.
