ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2019 dated 25.11.2019 and to file a final report.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.7 of 2019, based upon which, a case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC on 25.11.2019.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that 4 months time may be granted to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4.Considering the nature of the offences as alleged by the prosecution, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the concerned Court, within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the final report before the concerned court, compliance report shall be sent to the Registry.
