Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks return of the petition mentioned certificates along with the transfer certificate without insisting on any further payment from him.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent College submitted that they would not only return all the original certificates but also issue transfer certificate and that they would not insist that the petitioner should make any further payment.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, the Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. 27.07.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/3
