Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Advocate General on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 769 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed for allowing this petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.7203 of 2021 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
