Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.GANAPATHY SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9241 of 2021, dated 14.07.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 31.07.2021 to 15.08.2021 and thereafter, did not comply with the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.5824 of 2021 3.Mr.Palani, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the counsel who has engaged him has not given the instruction. 4.Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition from 16.08.2021, this Court is not inclined to the relax the condition and therefore, this petition is dismissed.
