The Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.83 of 2026 dated 06.01.2026.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Standing Counsel would submit that the order has since been complied with and a copy of the proceedings dated 25.05.2026 is also placed on record.
