ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to conduct survey and demarcate the land of the petitioner at S.No.9/103 and 9/1A1A2 at Sekkaalaikottai Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, for the said land Patta No.666 had been issued and it stands in the name of the petitioner herein.

2.Notice had been issued to the fifth respondent. But there is no appearance.

3.Since patta stands in the name of the petitioner herein, a direction is given to the first and third respondents to issue notice to the petitioner and also to the fifth respondent and examine the documents filed by the petitioner and if there are no objections proceed to conduct survey the aforementioned land. The entire exercise may be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
