RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner by its order dated 14.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 8947 of 2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court for permitting the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ANBARASU.D,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8947 of 2021, dated 14.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 17.07.2021 and appearing before the respondent police station, without fail. However there is a life threat for the petitioner at the hands of the defacto complainant's family and in this regard, a separate complaint was also lodged by him. Therefore, he prays for modifying the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Paramakudi Town Police Station, instead of the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4. The petition is ordered accordingly.
