ORDER

This Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.1714 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024, thereby issued direction to the respondent herein to conduct enquiry, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned and dispose the same on merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General on instructions submitted that as directed by this Court the Honourable Retired Judge of this Court appointed as Enquiry Officer and the enquiry is under progress.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
