No. 57 of 2024 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, Erode Disrict and Transfer to the Family Court, Karur. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 12/06/2025 and the requisition submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur in D.No.1113/2025 dated 30.05.

2025 seeking further three months time to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2024, this Court made the following Order: 'This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose the petition in H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2024, on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Karur.

2.This Court by the order dated 12.06.2025, called for the report from the learned trial Judge as to why the above said case could not be completed within the time stipulated.

3.Today report received. The explanation submitted by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur, for the delay, is accepted. 4.The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur, is directed to dispose the above said case namely H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2024 pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court.'
