Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner has given a complaint dated 30.07.2020 against one Gnanaraj Alex. He is said to be damaging the name of the petitioner and his family members in the social media.
3. The third respondent is therefore, directed to look into the petitioner's complaint and if any cognizable offence is made out, the third respondent is obliged to register First Information Report against the accused person. 2 W.P.(MD)NO.14447 OF 2020 offence is made out, enquiry will be conducted and closed within a period of two weeks and the closure report will be served on the petitioner, so that, the petitioner can avail his remedy in the manner known to law.
4.This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
