PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of complaint given by one Kajendran, the second respondent police has registered the case in C.S.R.No.145 of 2021 against the petitioner. He would further submit that the second respondent repeatedly calling the petitioner for enquiry without issuing any notice.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that except for the investigation purpose, the petitioner was not called by the investigating officer.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court feels on the basis of submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the second respondent has not made any harassment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11811 of 2021 under the guise of enquiry against the petitioners. This Court directs the petitioner to cooperate with the second respondent to complete the investigation. This Court does not find any merits in this case.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
