ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Thiru. Harisudhan, Village Administrative Officer, Thinnanoor Village is present. He fairly stated that he had taken the key only from the writ petitioner and handed over the same to the Tahsildar, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District.

2.It is seen that the rival party one Durai Raj filed W.P.(MD) No.8435 of 2017 before this Court in this regard and this Court by order dated 28.09.2018 relegated them to the Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.As much as the temple key was taken only from the writ petitioner, the third respondent is directed to hand over the temple key of the petition mentioned temple to the writ petitioner. The parties shall abide by the outcome of any civil suit that may be initiated by the said Durai Raj.

4.With this direction and observation, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
