Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.VISHNURAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8170 of 2021, dated 23.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order 23.06.2021. Since the petitioners 3 and 5 were affected by viral fever and due to the pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange sureties. Therefore, they filed a petition for extension of time. The said petition was ordered by this Court on 19.07.2021. After that, the petitioners are complying with the condition from 27.07.2021 without fail.

3. The said submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
