O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents police to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.03.2023 which is pending before the 2nd respondent and consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.03.2023 in reference No.WAP23056584.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the 2nd respondent police present before this Court and stated that both the petitioner as well as counter parties have given a complaint and both are pending for enquiry. He would further submit that the counter complaint was received from one Shanthi through RPAD, but, the CSR number has not been assigned so far.

3. Let, both the above said complaints have to be enquired by the respondent police within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in an appropriate manner. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
