ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Pudukkottai in Cr.M.P.No.550 of 2023 dated 08.03.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Pudukkottai in Cr.M.P.No.550 of 2023 dated 08.03.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs only) in the Crime No.1 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate". The other condition imposed in the order dated 08.03.2023, shall remain unaltered.
