Prayer WP (MD).No.16588 of 2024:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.B4/2479/2023 dated 28.08.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 3rd respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Panchayat Secretary at the 4th respondent office with all attendant and monetary benefits.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. K.Balasubramani, Special Government Pleader, for the Petitioner and of Ms. J.Senthil Kumaraiah, Advocate for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order:
This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant further period of six months to comply with the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.16588 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024.
