ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 24.04.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.13990 of 2011.

2. This Court passed an order in W.P.(MD).No.13990 of 2011 dated 24.04.2023, had directed the 2nd and 4th respondents to consider the representation of the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. In compliance of the orders of this Court, the second respondent herein has passed an order on 02.08.2023, wherein, the request of the writ petitioner has been rejected.
