ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to expedite the investigation in Crime No.461 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and to file a final report. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it is a case and case in counter, in respect of which, a case in Cr.No.461 of 2021 as well as a case in Crime No.1829 of 2020 have been registered. It is seen that the date of occurrence is different in both the cases. Already, the defacto complainant in Cr.No.1829 of 2020 has moved a petition before this Court, seeking a direction to complete the investigation within the time stipulated by this Court. That was ordered on 28.06.2021 by this Court, directing the respondent therein to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. So, a different order cannot be passed in this petition.

3.Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in both the cases. 4.This petition is disposed of with the above direction.
