This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in IDOP No.150 of 2022 from the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli to the Family Court, Thoothukudi.

2.Today(16.12.2022), when this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent agrees mutually to transfer the proceedings in I.D.O.P No.150 of 2022, from the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli to the Family Court, Madurai.

3.In view of the joint representation made by either side counsel, this Court is inclined to transfer the above proceedings to the Family Court, Madurai.

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. The proceedings in I.D.O.P No.150 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli is withdrawn and ordered to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. The learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli is directed to transmit the entire case records to the Family Court, Madurai forthwith and the 2/4

learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, who in turn shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
