This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 06.11.2025 passed in E.A.No.9 of 2025 in E.P.No.06 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam.

2. Notice was ordered by this Court in the Civil Miscellaneous Petition on 01.06.2026.

3. Mr.D.Nallathambi has entered appearance for the respondent. He has no objection to the delay being condoned.

4. I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order, and list the matter for admission in the usual course. The Registry shall also print the name of Mr.D.Nallathambi, learned counsel for the respondent, in the cause list.
