PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direction on the basis of CBI letter, EOW, Chennai issued on 17.06.2022, to direct the first respondent to defreeze the petitioner's over draft A/c.No. 601105037643 and permit them to operate the account by receiving the 1/4

part payment and to stop the progress of SARFAESI proceedings and consequently, direct the respondents to restructure of the petitioner's loan account immediately.
