ORDER

This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2024 and to provide adequate police protection.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation was considered and the same was closed as civil in nature.

3. The respondent police shall forthwith communicate the closure report to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the same or seek appropriate remedy before the civil Court.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 27.11.2025 LS 2/4
