ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner by taking necessary action against the 3rd respondent.
2.Seeking police protection from the second respondent apprehending life threat at the hands of third respondent, representation was made by the petitioner dated 26.05.2023. Since no action has been taken, this petition has been filed.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of the business transaction issue between the petitioner and the third respondent, complaint has been given and during the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and gave an undertaking that they will settle the issue themselves and will not make any trouble to each other. Based upon the above said undertaking given by both sides, the enquiry was closed.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that life threat has been madeto the petitioner and has also criminally intimidated. But, absolutely, there is no criminal intimidation or life threat to the petitioner. It is simply business transaction. By giving exaggeration of facts, this petition has been filed by the petitioner. Since it is a business transaction issue between the parties, they can workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. I find no merits in this petition. This petition deserves to be dismissed.
4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 06.06.2023 NCC :
