ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.04.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no such complaint has been given received from the petitioner. But , with regard to the same occurrence, a case in Crime No.165 of 2023 was registered against this petitioner and others under Section 12 of Tamil Nadu Gaming Act on 09.04.2023. Except for investigation purpose, no other harassment has been made upon the petitioner. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of as unnecessary. 07.06.2023 NCC :
