The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue 'F' Patta pertaining to the property comprised in Survey No.305 to an extent of 3 Acres situated at Periyammapatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.04.2025.

After the death of the petitioner's father, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the above mentioned property. Till date 'F' patta has not been issued in the name of the original assignee or in the name of the petitioner who succeeded to the estate of the original assignee. 5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2025 and pass final orders within a period of twelve(12) weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and other legal heirs of the assignee, if any.
