The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 336(3) of BNS and Section 12(1)(d) of Passports Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that as of now no case / no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
