PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of Crime No. 319 of 2021 from the file of 2nd respondent to some other unbiased police officer or agency or to conduct fair and proper investigation.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of Crime No. 319 of 2021 from the file of second respondent to some other unbiased police officer or agency or to conduct fair and proper investigation.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.319 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the same is yet to be taken cognizance and as of no now investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent, hence the prayer sought for cannot be granted.
