ORDER : The Court made the following order :- '

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by the District and Sessions Court, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.2349 of 2022 dated 06.06.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he is having no previous case.

CRL OP(MD). No.11957 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration the facts and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is having no previous case, the condition imposed by the District and Sessions Court, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.2349 of 2022 dated 06.06.2022 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for 30 days is modified. Accordingly, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at about 10.30 am., until further orders.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
