ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3 states that in the petition mentioned panchayat, there are totally 9 ward members including the president. Out of them, seven have gone against the president. Since two third of the members have expressed no confidence in the fourth respondent, the first respondent has initiated action under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994.

3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
