ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai to take charge sheet filed by the respondent police in Crime No.229 of 2022 on file and dispose of the case within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completing the investigation, the respondent police has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.62 of 2023. He further submitted that now the case is posted on 17.08.2023 for appearance of the accused.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
