ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 12.09.2024 made in W.P(MD) No.21793 of 2024, wherein, this Court has directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Alleging that the order of this Court has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnor/ respondent submits that two communications have been addressed to the writ petitioner on 17.04.2025 and 15.10.2024 and the representations have been considered and orders have been passed. However, it is the grievance of the writ petitioner that appropriate action has not been initiated as against the third respondent in the writ petition. 2/4

4. Considering the fact that this Court has not issued any positive directions as against the contemnor to initiate action, if the petitioner is aggrieved over those proceedings, it is left open to him to initiate appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
