ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.337 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in the FIR in Crime No. 337 of 2022, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 447, 427 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2022, so far no final report has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that they are ready to file the final report before the concerned Court, within the time limit stipulated by this Court. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court 2/4

within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
