Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and MR.M.VEILKANIRAJU, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the accused states that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The learned counsel for the accused also informs that he warned his client that the complainant should not be made to come to this Court every now and then.
