ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to issue "Non Traceable Certificate" to the petitioner in respect of missing sale deeds documents Nos. 1920/2003, 176/BK/2009, 700/2007, 1511/2004, 1305/2007, 1517/2003, 1522/2003, 3532/2007, 1519/2003, 1518/2003 based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 10.04.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint, dated 10.04.2023 before the respondents for missing of his sale deeds documents Nos. 1920/2003, 2/5

176/BK/2009, 700/2007, 1511/2004, 1305/2007, 1517/2003, 1522/2003, 3532/2007, 1519/2003, 1518/2003, but no action was taken as on date and hence, he has filed the present petition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint, dated 10.04.2023 is still pending.

5. Considering the above, the respondents police are directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner shall workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
