PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.785 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested on 26.06.2021, for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-A) of Indian Arms Act, in Crime No.785 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of deadly weapons. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. But, he is languishing in Jail from 26.06.2021. Hence, he seeks for grant of bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent opposed for grant of bail on the ground that the petitioner is having 21 previous cases, the details of which are as follows:

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is having 21 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
