: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondenst to survey the petitioner's land which is situated in Survey Nos.143/11C and 143/2C1 Kondunallanpatti Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering his representation dated 23.09.2016.

Heard Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the records.
2.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to survey the petitioner's land by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2016.
3.The petitioner would claim that he is the absolute owner of the property in Survey Nos.143/11C and 143/2C1, Kondunallanpatti Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District to the extent of 0.22.50 ares and he got patta in Patta.Nos.1204 and 680. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The petitioner would further state that he has been enjoying the property and decided to develop the same. Hence, he approached the respondents to survey his lands and also remitted the requisite fee Rs.400/- 5.The petitioner would further state that on 15.05.2017, the first respondent sent a communication to the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3 and other adjacent land owners to survey the land on 26.05.2017. When the petitioner was waiting with necessary documents, the respondents did not come to survey the land.
Hence the petitioner sent a representation dated 23.09.2016. In respect of the same, no order was passed, hence the present writ petition.
6.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court without going into merits, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action after providing opportunity to all necessary parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
