ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.1207 of 2023, within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that they need three months time to complete the investigation in this case.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Cr. No.1207 of 2023, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
