JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Seshasayee, J.) This appeal is directed against the order dismissing the petition filed by the appellant seeking dissolution of his marriage with the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.180 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent informs this Court that both the parties have resumed their matrimony and are living happily. Indeed, the same statement has been made in the last hearing on which date, the learned counsel for the appellant sought time to clarify the matter with his client. Today, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that he is not able to contact his client.

3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court chooses to close this appeal. If the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions, on the basis of which this order is
